Please read these Terms carefully before using CRM Relay. By accessing or using CRM Relay, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Patriots Tech, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("Patriots Tech," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of CRM Relay, including all related software, services, and content (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using CRM Relay in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CRM Relay is an AI-powered content automation platform designed for insurance agencies and other businesses operating on GoHighLevel (GHL) and compatible white-label platforms. The Service generates, schedules, and publishes social media posts, blog content, and associated media including AI-generated images and voiceover audio to connected social channels via your GoHighLevel account.
By default, CRM Relay operates in Autopilot Mode: content is generated, scheduled at optimized posting times, and published automatically to your connected channels without requiring manual action. Users may elect to enable Draft Mode through their account settings, in which case all generated content is placed in the GHL social planner as unscheduled drafts and will not publish until the user manually reviews, schedules, and approves each post. When Draft Mode is enabled, Patriots Tech is not responsible for missed posts, gaps in publishing cadence, or any reduction in marketing outcomes resulting from content that was not manually scheduled.
Supported channels include Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, and YouTube — limited to channels natively integrated with GoHighLevel and subject to change based on platform availability. CRM Relay does not support Bluesky scheduling. Additional channels may be added as they are tested and verified. Additional capabilities include AI blog post generation (Pro tier), SEO-optimized copy on all tiers, FLUX Ultra AI image generation, and ElevenLabs voiceover integration.
SEO Performance and Data Dependency. CRM Relay delivers SEO-optimized content from the first post — keyword targeting, local signals, and structured copy are applied to every piece of generated content regardless of account age. Scheduling optimization — the timing of posts for maximum audience reach — is based on established platform best practices at account inception. As engagement data accumulates in your account over time, scheduling recommendations and content focus refine to better reflect your specific audience. Patriots Tech does not warrant any specific SEO outcome, search ranking improvement, or engagement result. Results depend on factors outside Patriots Tech's control including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, and the account holder's industry and geographic market.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use CRM Relay. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. CRM Relay is intended for use by business owners, agency owners, and marketing professionals. If you are operating in a licensed industry such as insurance, you are solely responsible for maintaining all applicable licenses required in your jurisdiction and ensuring that content generated by CRM Relay complies with any industry-specific regulations governing your business.
To use CRM Relay, you must register an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@crmrelay.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
CRM Relay is offered on a multi-tiered subscription basis. Current plan options, pricing, and features are published at crmrelay.io/#pricing and are incorporated by reference. All fees are in U.S. dollars.
All plans include SEO-optimized content generation and FLUX Ultra AI image generation. Scheduling horizons are determined by billing cycle, not by tier: monthly subscribers on all plans have a 30-day scheduling horizon from the date payment is processed; annual subscribers on all plans have a 365-day scheduling horizon from the date payment is processed.
Patriots Tech reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue subscription tiers at any time. If we modify the price of a tier you are currently subscribed to, we will provide at least 30 days' notice. Your current rate will remain in effect through your next billing cycle following the notice period — the updated price will take effect at the subsequent billing cycle. This pricing stability applies to active subscribers in good standing and is an additional benefit of annual subscriptions.
Patriots Tech may introduce new tiers, promotional pricing, or feature adjustments at any time. Changes to features within a tier do not constitute a price change and do not trigger the notice requirement above.
CRM Relay offers a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. A valid payment method is required to begin a trial. Your payment method will not be charged during the trial period. On day 15, your subscription will automatically convert to the paid tier you selected at sign-up and your payment method will be charged accordingly.
You may cancel at any time during the trial period and your payment method will not be charged. Trial accounts are limited to one per organization or business entity. Patriots Tech reserves the right to terminate, modify, or discontinue the trial offer at any time.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.
If payment fails, we will notify you and will suspend your account until payment is successfully processed. Patriots Tech is not responsible for fees charged by your financial institution.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@crmrelay.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service through the end of your paid period.
Patriots Tech does not provide prorated refunds for any reason. If you cancel during your 14-day free trial, your payment method will not be charged. All refund requests outside of the trial period are evaluated and issued solely at the discretion of Patriots Tech, LLC. No refund is guaranteed.
You agree to use CRM Relay only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
You acknowledge that advertising and marketing in certain industries — including insurance, financial services, and others — is subject to regulation by state and federal authorities. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content generated by CRM Relay and published under your account complies with applicable advertising regulations in your jurisdiction, including required disclosures, prohibitions on misleading statements, and any other requirements imposed by your state's Department of Insurance or other regulatory body.
Patriots Tech does not review content for regulatory compliance and makes no representation that AI-generated content satisfies any particular regulatory requirement. Users operating in regulated industries who are required to review content prior to publication are responsible for enabling Draft Mode in their account settings. Failure to enable Draft Mode does not limit Patriots Tech's liability waiver under Sections 13, 14, and 15. You must review all content before publishing if your industry requires it.
Patriots Tech retains all right, title, and interest in and to CRM Relay, including all software, technology, trademarks, and proprietary content. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Patriots Tech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service during your subscription term.
Content generated by CRM Relay for your account ("Generated Content") is provided for your use. You represent that your use of Generated Content, including publication to your social channels, will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
CRM Relay integrates with GoHighLevel, AgentCRM, and other third-party platforms. These platforms are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. Patriots Tech is not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs that may affect CRM Relay functionality. Your use of connected platforms is subject to those platforms' terms.
CRM Relay uses third-party AI services including but not limited to Claude (Anthropic), FLUX Ultra (Black Forest Labs), and ElevenLabs for content generation. These services operate under their own terms and acceptable use policies.
CRM Relay uses artificial intelligence to generate social media content, blog posts, images, and voiceover audio. AI-generated content is not reliable as a source of factual accuracy and must not be treated as such. You acknowledge and agree to the following:
By using CRM Relay, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood these AI content limitations. CRM Relay functions like a capable employee — it requires supervision, review, and follow-up to ensure its output accurately reflects your business. Once content is published, responsibility for that content rests solely with you as the account holder, just as it would if an employee communicated on behalf of your business. Patriots Tech shall have no liability for any harm arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or non-compliant AI-generated content published through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Patriots Tech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, business interruption, regulatory fines, or reputational harm, arising out of or in connection with your use of CRM Relay, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Patriots Tech's total liability to you for any direct damages arising under these Terms shall not exceed the subscription fees actually paid by you for the calendar month in which the claim arose. If no fees were paid in that month, Patriots Tech's liability is zero.
You acknowledge that CRM Relay is a scheduling automation tool and that all decisions regarding content accuracy, compliance, and publication are made by you. Patriots Tech does not control, review, approve, or guarantee the accuracy, regulatory compliance, or suitability of any content generated or published through the Service. All liability for content that is published — including content published automatically in Autopilot Mode — rests solely with the account holder. This limitation applies whether or not you were aware of the possibility of inaccurate content, whether or not you reviewed the content prior to publication, and whether or not the inaccuracy was detectable with reasonable diligence.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Patriots Tech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of CRM Relay; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) the content you publish using the Service; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Granville County, North Carolina, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Patriots Tech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Your continued use of CRM Relay after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
Patriots Tech may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment of fees, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including Sections 14, 15, 16, and 17.
Patriots Tech shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, internet or power outages, or third-party platform failures.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy at crmrelay.io/privacy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Patriots Tech, LLC regarding CRM Relay and supersede all prior agreements.
